My first attempt to this model was not so good because first I was replicating the 2 footer at a smaller scale (which I thought it was the go-motion scale), but it was too small. So I travelled to Belgium to take a lot of ref pics of the go motion model which was in display. I started by drawings accurate blueprints to the millimeter and the ID job. Then I collected the kits. Some were very expensive. I first went with an acrylic armature, but I will change for an alloy one (all the detail parts can be removed like on the ILM props) since I want exactlyt the same working armature than the original props. I'm saving some cash to buy this alloy armature (and if you know where I can get my parts machined, just drop me an email !), made from my plans. So this project is in standby right now.
